That really sucks that they are going to be losing one of the main characters, its obviously going to be Morgan. Which makes me angry because he's hilarious. But I am soooooo relieved they are coming back for a 3rd season, hopefully it will get it's ratings up and come back for a 4th.

This is such good news. This show is one of my all time favorites. The characters always make you laugh and the surge of action throughout each episode always keeps you wanting more. The third season will be just as spectacular as the previous two!

thanks to God that we're going to have a 3 season chuck ... is the best series I've seen in a long time and hopefully they make many more seasons... I just think that they couldn't be guided only by the TV ratings, because where most of the public sees is chuck across the internet ... do a survey to realize that the true rating for which this series... writers i just tell you something... chuck is awesome!!!!!

It really sucks cause Chuck is my fave show and Im suprised not much people watch it. I'm telling people about it but I don't think they care. Its a really great show. I think people have to think of how they can advertise it so more people can enjoy it and we can enjoy even longer! I am really excited about the new season! Colonel John Casey won't get cut because he's one of the main characters. It might be Morgan AND Anna, or just Anna, anything could happen. Morgan and Anna could be flying to Hawaii when their plane is under attack and then Chuck comes with Sarah and Casey and kicks some crap out of the intruders and then they jump out of the plane with Morgan, Sarah, Casey, and Chuck, because there is only enough sky diving equipment for four people, and then the plane crashes and when they get back to Burbank Morgan's very depressed, and then it turns out Emmit is part of Fulcrum and then he uses Morgan to figure out if Chuck's a spy or not, and Morgan doesn't care because Anna died so he does whatever he can, and then he finds out Anna survived the crash and then Morgan gets ticked off at Emmit so he gets Chuck, at the Orange Orange but can't find him. So he goes into the castle and find Chuck holding a gun. Morgan freaks out and goes to captain Awesome. But Awesome already new Chuck was a spy, so he took Morgan to the castle and gave him to chuck, and morgan told chuck everything that happened. Casey overheard so he goes and Kills Emmit, so Emmit is the one leaving the show.

Lol, that's just a wild guess.

I'm extremely excited for it too, I think it's the best lesser-watched show since Veronica Mars. But I think it'll be alright, the fan base is only getting stronger and with how the fans reacted when it was on the cliff really shows that it will be a hard show to cancel. I think Morgan might leave for a bit but he'll probably come back, because since they don't show Chuck at work very much anymore, there is in essence, no Buy More without Morgan. I'm gonna agree with Entertainment Weekly and guess that Anna is gone.

season 2 was awesome how come the ratings were down, but i dont think season 3 will be good because now chuck has fighting abilities meaning there is no need for sarah and casey. Morgan is also gone so all we have left is chuck and his sister.

I'm also watching prisonbreak, lost and terminator: the sarah connor chronicles but chuck is definitely my favorite.Its a bad news that the morgan character maybe the one to leave. Well, I personally think they should resume it like the 1st series, cause they both were great and for me, it even rivaled Threshold. (i loved that show also)

I surely hope Sarah and Chuck get together.

I am sure there are people that don't like it, but there ain't many TV shows that spark my emotions like movies do, i am a romantic guy and when Morgon got back Anna, made me smile and cry, cause romance is so good in TV Shows, Ellies' new husband is a nice dude and i hope he is in the new series, as well as Casey and Sarah, cause it wouldn't be right without them.

I never understand how they can give Chuck Series 2 a low rating, i mean, the series as a whole rules and i love it more then most series that last for 5+ seasons.

I'd hate to see ANY character leave. All the characters make a unique cast and even with 1 dropped the show will be less funnier(if thats possible). I'm hoping it won't be any characters from the "secret agent" side of Chuck but it'd be ashame to lose one of the buy more employees too!

Lower budget. That sucks. Dropping Characters - that sucks. only 13 episodes. that sucks. But at least it's back and hopefully we'll get some good episodes to tie us off before they stop running Chuck altogether.

Seeing quite a number of quality shows that I looked forward to each week not returning this year (Life among others) and to see Chuck in trouble makes me wonder. Now, I can't imagine this is the case but do these networks not take into account the number of people who watch the show online-which would drop the ratings of the episode when its originally aired?

I absolutely love this show & was disappointed to have to wait so long to see Season 3. The entire cast is great & I've never seen an episode that I didn't like. I have them all & am looking forward to more good episodes to come. How on earth is it possible that Chuck didn't do well in the 2nd Season. That doesn'e even make sense!

CHuck is an AWESOME show there is no other way to put it.
But the way NBC left season 2 hanging,.. now that aint awesome!
if NBC even entertain the thought of having a cliffhanger as the season 3 finale and then drop the series after that... they will be the ones left hanging upside-down from a cliff by the end of 2010!
now that's AWESOME!!!

BTW, Regarding any series be it awesome or a complete bummer, any network should not leave viewers hanging by any means. If a series is "forseen" to be cut short, the keyword being the word forseen, which means the producers know its coming, they should end it properly!
If chuck season 2 indeed did have a lower rating, which i highly doubt, they should have already noted that by the middle of the season.

If it does unfortunately end in 3 seasons, just give Chuck a solid closure of any kind.. tie up any loose ends, a completely happy ending or not i doesnt matter! Though I would preffer a happy one :) may i suggest CHUCK marries SARAH and she awesomely agrees to have JILL end up as chuck's mistress!

How exactly is that "a good move by NBC"?? I understand you may be saying that it's a good move on their part to renew it for another season but to permanently get rid of a main cast member and cut the budget? It just won't be the same without someone important like Casey or Morgan or Awesome gone. I'm not sure how season 3 will go..but it won't be the same for me when I will clearly notice the lack of effort and cast members.... I truly hate how shows like 'Dancing with the Stars" and 'Survivor' have become number 1 while inventive imaginative shows like 'Chuck' struggle for viewers. WTF America?!?!
