This is a tragedy that a family has passed away due to the negligence of a plane operator. Have any of the military agencies stepped up and claimed responsibility to the accident? I think that the responsible agency owes the remaining family members an apology and huge financial settlement to make up for their losses. That is one of the big risks in living in the Miramar San Diego area next to a military air base.
